I am a dramaturg, playwright, teacher and project manager, orginally from Cornwall and now based in South East London.
I have worked extensively nationally and internationally as a dramaturg with playwrights and theatremakers both in the making of new work for audiences and the creation of the space that makes that work possible.
I teach and mentor.
I write stories, speeches and strategy.
The positions I take are various, but what unites them is a focus on creative development – of stories, projects and others: all deriving from a passion for people and performance, process and possibility and the search for what is just.
My favourite word is serendipity.
This site is about me and my work, but also hosts my Hopeful Ideas Exchange blog which I hope will become a place to lodge and share new narratives and ideas for the world we all want to build.
